It appears that a decent Pal kept back due to its element being on better Pals, gets a lot better when you change its element to something rarer. Dragon/Electric is a great offensive element combo, and while there are still better Pals of the same element, Relaxaurus Lux ends up being better than its regular counterpart in most cases.
Electric is a unique element in the game, covering Fire's weakness being Water. As Fire is the strongest element in the game, this means you can have an Electric Pal to cover your bases alongside your Fire Pals and you'll be good to go. The result is a very speedy mount that can rain destruction from high over your enemies. Jetragon is the best Dragon Pal you can get, due to how versatile, helpful, and destructive it is all at the same time.
