A blood test will detect Oxycodone for up to 24 hours [13]. Oxycodone, a semisynthetic opiate agonist derived from the opioid alkaloid, thebaine, is similar to other phenanthrene derivatives such as hydrocodone and morphine [1]. No human data on the effect of oxycodone on fertility are available. In rats there was no effect on mating or fertility with oxycodone treatment (see section 5.3).
Travel Health
Do not use this medicine to relieve mild pain, or in situations when non-opioid medication is effective. This medicine should not be used to treat pain that you only have once in a while or "as needed". It belongs to the group of medicines called opioid analgesics (pain medicines). If you're having treatment for cancer pain or other severe pain, your pain control will be carefully monitored. Speak to your doctor if you're worried about tolerance, hyperalgesia or becoming addicted. Long term use of Oxycodone oral solution during pregnancy may cause life-threatening withdrawal symptoms in the newborn.
Sexual Health
The link between opioid use and depression is concerning, as depression can have a significant impact on an individual’s quality of life. Those who are struggling with depression may experience feelings of hopelessness, difficulty concentrating, buy xanax without prescrition and changes in appetite and sleep patterns. Additionally, depression can lead to an increased risk of suicide.
This medicine should never be injected as this may lead to serious side effects, which may be fatal. Please tell your doctor if you suffer from kidney or liver problems as they may prescribe a lower dose depending on your condition. Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you.

To prevent withdrawal, your doctor may lower your dose slowly. During treatment, there should be frequent contact between the physician and the patient to evaluate the need for continued treatment, consider discontinuation and to adjust dosages if needed. When a patient no longer requires therapy with oxycodone, it may be advisable to taper the dose gradually to prevent symptoms of withdrawal. In absence of adequate pain control, the possibility of hyperalgesia, tolerance and progression of underlying disease should be considered (see section 4.4).
