Kitana is a leading protagonist in the Mortal Kombat franchise and one its more popular characters. Much of her appearance and depiction in comic books relying on or mirroring her appearances in video games from which she originated. Although she has not appeared in all installments of the popular but controversial video game franchise, she is considered a franchise staple and one of its most recognizable and iconic characters. The character hailing from a fictional setting of Edenia the character also has a distinct asiatic quality. Originally Kitana served the role of a minor antagonist as well as romantic interest to the character of Liu Kang. Jade was created for the popular video game fighting game franchise Mortal Kombat, the popular femme fatale created by Mortal Kombat head designer and comic book writer John Tobias.
Appearance
Quan Chi's past is shrouded in mystery, he is believed to be from the Netherealm though this is unknown. What is know is that Quan Chi was a roaming sorcerer who happened to stumble upon the fallen Elder God Shinnok who was being tortured and imprisoned by the Netherealm's current ruler Lucifer. Shinnok promised power to Quan Chi if he could release him and help him fight Lucifer. Quan Chi was constantly searching for power so he accepted the Elder God's proposal and together they overthrew Lucifer and claimed the Netherealm in Shinnok's name.
The Earthrealm warriors would fail and be slain that day, Quan Chi was able to fight and kill Princess Kitana one on one. Leaving the Thunder God Raiden to fight the Deadly Alliance by himself. The battle looked to be in Raiden's favor though the sorcerers eventually defeated him.
I say we just remove their clothes and weapons and tell them to fight from there. In the second movie, he joins the Earthrealm warriors to stop Shao Kahn's menace. Eventually, Liu Kang confronted the fallen Elder God Shinnok and once again emerged victorious, effectively ending his attack on Earth. Liu Kang returned to Shaolin Temples, believing he has lost Kitana forever.
Mileena
Still considered very young by Edenian standards Jade possesses over ten millennia of life experience and combative fight training. As well as being a superb and skilled hand to hand fighter Jade is also proficient with many manners of weaponry, including steel fans, bo staff and razor-edged boomerangs. Eventually Lady Kitana would develop doubts over her father Shao Kahn's actions and motives, and when she looked for answers and truths she would discover horrific betrayals, BUY XANAX WITHOUT PRESCRITION deception, murder and regicide. Kitana would learn that Mileena was not her true biological twin sister rather a clone of herself, one created by Shao Kahn's most trusted adviser Shang Tsung and his dark sorcery and magic.
Outworld, Earthrealm, and Edenia all had become vulnerable and Shinnok believed it was time to strike. Quan Chi and Netherealm demons posed as refuges' seeking asylum in Edenia. With the ambasadores daughter Tanya, secretly a member of Shinnok's cult, vouching for their authenticity they were granted an audience with Queen Sindel.
Jade appears in Mortal Kombat Unchained which is a hand held video game version of Mortal Kombat Deception. Jade and Smoke would be acting under service of Shao Kahn, acting as his top assassins. When Goro would return after his defeat in the first Tournament he would seek vengeance by targeting Earth Realm warriors and severely beating them.
Mortal Kombat: Konquest (
Orin though still had enough strength to allow Taven into Outwolrd to hunt the sorcerer down. Liu Kang has been shown to be one of the most powerful characters in the entire Mortal Kombat series. He possesses an incredible level of acrobatics, agility, strength and martial arts. He is able to shoot them out as fireballs and use them as part of his finishers. It is used in the later games such as MK4, MKD, and MKA, it also serves as Liu Kang's primary costume in Shaolin Monks. In MKvsDCU, Liu Kang is wearing the same oufit but with a different appearance and in MK2011, Liu Kang's later appeared, this time with a red sash and the Elder Gods' medallion on it.
Quan Chi then return to the Netherealm with the amulet to further prepare Shinnok's forces though he did murder all of the Shirai Ryu clan. Sub-Zero was then tasked by Raiden to retreive the amulet from Shinnok and Quan Chi was left to fight him along with his former assassin Sareena. They defeated the sorcerer and Shinnok to retrieve the amulet, though Quan Chi had pulled a fast one and gave Shinnok a copy of the amulet and kept the real one himself.
