MADRS
Montgomery-Åsberg Depression Rating Scale
A 10-item clinician-administered scale measuring severity of depressive symptoms. More sensitive to treatment-related change than the HAM-D and less weighted toward somatic symptoms.
Your responses are scored in your browser and are never sent to or stored on our servers.
For each item, select the response option that best matches the patient’s presentation over the past week. Use the intermediate values (1, 3, 5) when the presentation falls between two anchor descriptions.
